Dear Valued Patients,
I wish to notify you of my forthcoming retirement from medical practice.
It has been a very rewarding experience for me to be your GP over the time that you have attended my practice. To be entrusted with an individual’s medical care is a privilege for which I have been very grateful.
Now, the time has come for me to pursue the next phase of my life in retirement. I will be formally finishing medical practice on Thursday 27th August 2026.
I wish to assure you that your medical records will be kept at the Highton Clinic, and your medical care can be continued there also. Some of the Highton Clinic doctors are currently not seeing new patients because they are at capacity. However, there are several excellent GPs at the practice who are taking new patients. I have the utmost confidence in their ability to cater to your medical needs.
Please contact reception at the Highton Clinic to arrange appointments with one of these doctors.
