Growing up locally, Hong attended Geelong College before moving to Melbourne for university.
Hong graduated from Melbourne University with a Bachelor of Biomedical Science (hons) and a Doctor of Medicine in 2014, and was awarded Fellowship of the Royal Australian College of General Practitioners in early 2019.
Prior to joining the team at Highton Clinic, Hong worked at Monash Health in Clayton, Aireys Inlet Medical Clinic and Ocean Grove Medical Clinic.
Hong is trained in all aspects of General Practice and has special interests in skin cancer medicine, sexual health, women’s health and paediatrics. Hong is accredited with Barwon Health in shared care for pregnant women. She has also completed an additional course on skin cancer with the Australasian College of Dermatologists.
Outside of work Hong enjoys playing badminton, swimming and spending time with her family.

Highton Clinic has submitted an Expression of Interest to administer the COVID vaccine from the 1B rollout.
At this stage we won't find out if we were successful in our application until approximately the 10th of March.
