To my valued patients of The Highton Clinic,
I’m writing to regretfully inform you of my departure from The Highton Clinic. I will be ceasing regular care as of the Christmas closure on the 24th of December, however you may see me around early in the New Year for a few Ad Hoc sessions.
My family and I have only recently made the decision to move overseas in the last few weeks. Prior to this, it was our intention to live in Geelong and continue to serve the region. However, life events have led us to this tough decision, one we have not made lightly.
For the last two years it has been my pleasure to be your primary care provider. The shared experience of being able to care for each of you has allowed me to grow as both a doctor and a person. Growth that I will take with me into my future endeavours to benefit future patients.
There are currently several other doctors at The Highton Clinic who would be happy to take over your care, should you choose to stay as a patient at the clinic. I am happy to discuss this with you should you wish to have your care handed over to one of our other doctors. Alternatively, you can feel free to put in a request with one of our front office staff to request a new doctor.
I would like to close by thanking you for trusting in me to be your primary care provider and giving me the opportunity to contribute to your overall health care.
Warm Regards,
Dr Robert Harniman
