As a Registered Nurse and Credentialled Diabetes Educator, I strive to support those living with diabetes to improve self-management, to promote positive lifestyle modification and assist with medication management to “live well” with diabetes. Individual appointments: Sessions are offered to those newly diagnosed, with long standing Type 1 or Type 2 diabetes or at risk of developing diabetes.
