Coronavirus (COVID-19)

If you have a fever or respiratory symptoms (cough, sore throat, shortness of breath), please ring the 24-hour hotline:

1800 675 398.

If you are seriously unwell and require emergency treatment, please ring 000 and advise during the call your concerns about potential Coronavirus infection.

As per the Victorian Chief Health Officer, we strongly encourage you to continue to proactively manage chronic illnesses, take routine tests and seek medical advice from your GP for any health concerns.

For the safety of patients and staff, we are reducing the number of people needing to attend the clinic, and encouraging as many appointments as possible to be done as a telephone or video consultation.
We aim to continue to provide the same high standard of clinical care, whether by phone, video or when needs be face to face.
Telehealth consultations will be bulk billed for those patients in the following criteria:

  • Under 16 years of age
  • 70 years of age and over
  • Chronic Disease
  • Concessional or health care card holder
  • Pregnant Women or parents of children under 12 months of age
  • Immunosupressed
  • Aboriginal or Torres Strait Islander over 50 years of age

If you do not qualify under these criteria a private phone consultation fee may apply.
